Most jewelry ships within 5-7 business days. Household and embroidered items can take up to 2 weeks to ship and stationery and handpainted furniture longer. If not noted you can contact us for specific times and for expedited shipping availability. Remember that during holiday times we may experience longer than normal production and shipping times, so please plan your purchase accordingly! Since products are shipped directly from the various manufacturers, shipping times vary based on manufacturer location, ship to address and carrier method.
Currently manufacturers are experiencing longer back orders and production times. We will do our best to meet your delivery requests if you submit your request at the time of purchase. Requests made after the fact will be submitted to the manufacturer and if possible processed by the request date, but no refund will be allowed once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Times listed are approximate and no guarantees can be made. We will be happy to contact the manufacturer prior to order to see if your deadline can be met. Most of these policies come from our vendors and we are bound by their policies first and foremost.
Since our items are personalized, exchanges can be made only in the case of manufacturer error and then only for the same item, same engraving, same embroidery, color, etc...Personalized products cannot be returned for refund.
